SEPARATION IS NATURAL:  Alpine Avocado Vinaigrette will coagulate upon refrigeration, and that’s OK.  Shake it up and serve, OR place on the counter for a few minutes and it will return to it’s original consistency.  Enjoy it either way!

Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Extra virgin is the highest quality and most expensive olive oil classification. It should have no defects and a flavor of fresh olives. In chemical terms extra virgin olive oil is described as having a free acidity, expressed as oleic acid, of not more than 0.8 grams per 100 grams and a peroxide value of less than 20 milliequivalent O2. It must be produced entirely by mechanical means without the use of any solvents, and under temperatures that will not degrade the oil (less than 86°F, 30°C).  Learn more here.

Rice Vinegar

Fresh California Avocado
90% of the avocados we use are grown in California.  They are THE best avocados, and if not for seasonal conditions, we would use them 100% of the time.

An avocado is a fruit, specifically a berry, and it is packed with the highest quality proteins found in any fruit.  We purchase large quantities of fresh, ripe avocados that are ready to be eaten. Recent research shows that antioxidants such as lycopene and beta-carotene are better absorbed with the healthy monounsaturated fat avocados have in abundance. Plus, they taste great!

Fresh Green Onion
Green onions contain a wide variety of health-enhancing compounds like vitamins, minerals and phytochemicals that promote eye health, bone health and immune system health.  Learn more here.

Cane Sugar
We only use 100% cane sugar which natural and has no fat, and Alpine Avocado Vinaigrette contains only 2 grams per two-table spoon serving. We NEVER use use beet sugar (which is genetically modified sugar). Here is more info from the horse’s mouth on cane sugar:  Learn more here.
